Plan 360 specialises in carrying out digital survey scans of existing buildings. From this survey data, we can produce information in various different forms to assist you, the client, in managing refurbishment projects throughout the design and construction phases. The suite of information we can provide can be invaluable for allowing effective collaboration between parties and a significant reduction in the necessity for site visits.

  • We undertake digital surveys of all types of commercial buildings. Utilising Matterport technology, our technicians will survey your property using a point cloud camera.

  • From the survey data, we will develop a 3D walkthrough of the building. This model will allow you to explore the building in detail, take measurements, create high definition photographs and record written notes and data.

  • The original survey will also allow us to produce highly accurate drawings for the building. These include existing floor plans, sections or elevations as required. The drawings can contain internal details including furniture layouts, lighting layouts, ceiling heights and any other data as requested.

  • Depending on the level of detail required, we can also produce high-quality visualisations. These can include 3D ‘lid off’ floor plans or perspective images of new proposals.

PRICING

We have a standard price list for our basic surveying package, which is based upon your locality from our office in Greater Manchester.

Our basic survey package will provide you with a full 3D walkthrough of the whole site, as well as a series of 360 images of any external areas, up to a maximum of ten images.

*Discounts may be available in the event that two or more surveys are instructed simultaneously, depending on building size and access arrangements.

Standard costs are based on buildings of up 1000 sqm over a maximum of three floors. Larger properties may be subject to additional cost.

We can produce drawings and visualisations for any survey site as required; with costs agreed on an individual basis.
